Return

At PANORAA, we stand behind the quality of our products and care about your satisfaction. If your experience is anything less than smooth, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers, incorrectly ordered products, items damaged due to customer handling, or non-defective items delivered correctly.

To request a return, email us with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address for our global warehouse in the United States. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

The item must be in original, working condition and returned with its original packaging.
Refunds are issued once our team has received and inspected the return. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email office@panoraa.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or intercept it. In that case, you will need to wait until the order arrives and follow the return process to be eligible for a refund.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.
