Shipping
How long does it take to get my order?

All orders go through a quality check, verification, and packaging process before shipment.
This typically takes 1–2 business days.
For select high-demand products, we maintain warehouse stock to allow for same-day dispatch whenever possible.

Optional protection that covers your package in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
4. REGIONAL LIMITATIONS
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the Balearic Islands due to extended delivery times and shipping constraints.
For other remote or internationally restricted areas, delivery timelines may vary. We continue to work with our logistics partners to improve reach and efficiency.
5. GLOBAL SHIPPING ADVISORY
Due to ongoing global logistics challenges, deliveries in certain regions may experience temporary delays. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as needed.
How much is Shipping?
We offer FREE and FAST worldwide shipping on every order. Totally free, with no hidden costs – just quick, reliable delivery to your doorstep, so shopping feels effortless and worry-free.

If you need to make changes to an order you just placed on our website, please email us right away at office@panoraa.com with your request.
Orders typically begin processing within 1 business day. If you contact us before your order has entered processing, we may be able to update it.
While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, once your order is being processed at our fulfillment centers or has shipped, we cannot make changes, update the address, or re-route the package.
Returns
What is the PANORAA return policy?
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for a return, items must be clean, unused, and in their original condition.
What do i do if i need to return something?
Email our friendly customer service team to office@panoraa.com, and we'll provide you with instructions for returning your items. Easy as that!
I just placed an order and i need to change it.
Please provide us with the tracking number for any returned items. Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly issue your refund. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
